Terms and Conditions
Offsite storage: The offsite storage is located here in Kamloops on a Hard Disk mount located in central Sa-Hali. The data on the disks are susceptible to scans and various other tests. If there is going to be a process in which the data on the disks will be at risk it will be backed up to ensure the longevity of the files on hand.
Server Backup: The server backup is located in Seattle, Washington. After Purchase of the server storage the files will begin uploading within three days, The Upload time varies on transfer speed and connection strength.
Privacy: The files you choose to backup are entirely yours and entirely private. The files backed up will be put through various scans to ensure the quality and safety of other files that are backed up on that system or disk. If the data does not fully pass through the scans you will be contacted and brought up to date as far as the conditions of your personal data goes. At this point the data in question is voided through all policies and may no longer be private to ensure that there is no malware or spy ware.
Caleb’s Computers is at no fault for loss of data, however there are measures put in place to save most of the data that is stored on disks. There are additional measures that take place to ensure minimal data loss and improved backup in case of a disk failure.
